Fleetpin Invests in Customer Support

While our GPS tracking products are excellent, they are only as good as the local support we can offer our customers. So we’re happy to welcome on board Jasrina Allion, our new dedicated customer support representative.

While our GPS tracking products are excellent, they are only as good as the local support we can offer our customers. So we’re happy to welcome on board Jasrina Allion, our new dedicated customer support representative. Jasrina is the first port of call when anyone gets in touch with Fleetpin, and as such she is all about customer service and going above and beyond for our customers.

“I’m the one customers talk to when they get in touch via the live chat,” Jasrina explains. “In addition to providing support for customers, I also liaise with auto electricians for the installation of GPS devices.”

Jasrina has been on board with Fleetpin now for four months, and joined us from a background in customer service in retail and sales.

Jasrina’s approach to customer service is based on her ability to put herself in the customer’s shoes. “When interacting with customers, I always think about how I would like to be treated and I try to do the same for them,” she explains. “When a customer comes to me with an issue, I always try to make sure that not only is it resolved in a timely manner, but also that the overall experience is a positive one. I think it's also very important as a Customer Service Rep to build relationships with the customers rather than just seeing them as a number.”

With a naturally caring and sensitive personality, Jasrina believes her ability to empathise will add value to what she brings to Fleetpin’s customer experience. She was attracted to Fleetpin’s commitment to customer focus and the fact that we’re a family-run business. “They treat their employees the way they treat their customers - like family,” she says.

When Jasrina’s not at work, she’s a dedicated foodie who also loves going to the cinema, hitting craft beer bars and catching up with family and friends over a delicious meal.
